November 1st 2007 The DTP04 side-shift de-palletiser from Safety Trolley Systems has a sliding beam system that allows it to access the entire area of the pallet from one side. The unit is said to completely eliminate the manual handling of drums. STS offers alternatives to suit every workplace. For areas where drums are always positioned at the corner of the pallet, the DTP05 corner de-palletiser is a narrower option and, for areas where loading into machines with no access for wheels in front of the drum, STS offers the DPT07 counterbalance de-palletiser unit. On all three models, the universal steel drum grip can pick up drums and barrels of all types and sizes, from 50L plastics to 200L cardboard fibre drums.
